If you prioritize excellent customer service and beautiful interiors with amazing mountains and sea views, this is the perfect hotel for your stay in Phuket. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, the rooms were super clean and modern. Amazing morning buffet options. Just keep a few things in mind to make your stay even more perfect: - Make sure to check your room view while booking (it's listed in the room description) - The hotel is a 17 minutes walk from the beach, dress and prep accordingly - On the day of the checkout, If you leave early, you can ask the staff nicely and they'll pack your food in advance.

Incredible hotel with amazing staff 😍 From the moment we arrived, the staff took care of us and treated us with love. The hotel is perfect, the rooms are large and very clean! The food of the restaurant was delicious!

Helpful staff, excellent cleanliness and modern and beautiful aesthetics. Quiet area also away from the noise. Pool needs more lounge chairs with umbrellas and room service required for sure but overall a lovely and beautiful hotel.

Myself and my husband stayed here for one night. The hotel itself is stunning and very clean. It is also in an excellent location. Unfortunately we were staying on the second floor and due to facing the street resulted in us getting absolutely no sleep for the entire night. When I say it was noisy, it actually felt like there were no windows on the room. Such a shame as this place has great potential but it wouldn’t be somewhere we would stay again.

Very, very clean, with all the necessary facilities. Although the breakfast is not too varied, it is enough. The hotel's own Thai food tastes good, and the service staff is very friendly. It's just a little far from the seaside, and the bed in the standard room is very small.

Have been a returning guest for years but will never stay here again thanks to the hotel representant. Laughing in our faces about our problem, blames the other workers (who are actually nice and tried to help us). As a hotel representant/manager you shouldnt laugh at your customers in their face and deny what youve sold them?? Try to fix the problem instead.. Will probably never recommend this place to anyone again. Rooms were okay. Breaking apart slowly though so be sure to take photographs so they dont try to charge you extra. Had a suite but was pretty dirty for 8000-10000 per night.. Also they must let anyone stay here nowadays cause the neighbors were extremely noisy and partying/taking drugs/yelling Breakfast not worth 350baht. Not much to choose from. Coffee not good.
